The service at this Discount Tire location is legitimately incredible. It is so well run, the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable and remembered my name! I have gotten many a flat tire fixed for FREE here, and will always get my new tires here as well. I cannot speak highly enough about this location specifically. Huge shoutout to the Ben White Discount Tire team-- y'all are killing it!

5/21/26 Ben White Location Austin TX Came in last Friday 5/15/26. Had a nail in tire. I had no worries because I bought 4new tires 30 day prior and had the warranty. First problem they had lost my tire lock last time they put all tires on.Tire was not fixable. So they assured me it was not a problem and ordered me a new one and ordered the locks. I didn't hear anything from DC tire on Ben White by the following Tuesday 5/19/26 so I called I got put on hold so many times and told they were really busy. I was close by thank goodness so I pulled up(lol). Good thing I did...I found out they never ordered the tire or locks. So this time I snapped a picture of the so called receipt. And BTW the salesperson said he would need to get approval for the locks from his boss. For some odd reason he thought I trusted him to do that after I left 🤣. I waited until all was completed. Update: Here for my appointment today12:30pm on time, to have tire put on (and loaner tire removed) checked in will be 1:48pm when I am all finished here. It is 1:40pm!! Can they do it will they do it? Let's See Stay Tuned. Out of control, Nightmare no place to sit ....always seems to be in a state of confusion h

I am extremely impressed by this business. It's rare these days to find a company that operates with honesty, integrity, and a genuine commitment to customer service without trying to upsell or overcharge. This was my second visit to Discount Tire for a tire that was rapidly losing air pressure. Just like my first experience a few years ago, I was able to make an appointment, and the check-in process was quick and efficient upon arrival. Shortly after being checked-in, the team inspected the tire, clearly explained the issue, and repaired the puncture at no cost. They could have easily told me I needed new tires, recommended replacing all four, or tried to sell me additional services—but they didn't. Instead, they honestly identified the problem and fixed it. From arrival to departure, the entire visit took less than 45 minutes. Thank you again to Discount Tire and your team. Businesses that consistently operate with this level of integrity, professionalism, and customer focus are increasingly hard to find. You've earned a loyal customer, and I highly recommend you to others.

I’ve had consistently great experiences at Discount Tire—this location is truly top-notch. The service is always reliable, efficient, and on time. When I make an appointment, they honor it, which I really appreciate. I always buy my tires from there every location I've lived but this one stands out as an exceptional store to me. What stands out even more is how they handle walk-ins. You can tell they genuinely try to accommodate everyone while still setting clear and realistic expectations if there’s a wait. I’ve unfortunately had my fair share of flats lately and have had to come in multiple times. On one visit, I even had my fussy newborn with me, and they got me in and out so quickly—it made a stressful situation so much easier. Overall, just consistently excellent service every time. Highly recommend this location!
